1. Schwaderers letter- small plants and shrubs on flat area around home- Get Jeff's recomendations for minimal lanscaping.
2. Test back up battery for gate
3. Update website w/ Cramer's as moved in- get actual address for them at BMF
4. Donna- call Doug @ Board members not owning a building. Are they covered? Does the clubhouse count because they do pay dues on it? I can do this if you would like me to, Donna-gc
5. Process for ARC- scanning in building plans and get cost together for Board.
6. Light bulbs not working on ceiling fan on back deck and side of clubhouse- get replaced.
7. Look into getting prices for changing dead bolt locks on entrance of back deck- would like heavy duty locks! - possibly Joe Golino
8. Dead tree between deck and pond- may damage clubhouse or land in pond if it falls- The Board chose to wait on this item until further notice.
9. Write up instructions to post beside thermastat stating that the fan needs to be on automatic and set at 75 degrees\
10. Urinal in men's room downstairs is not completely flushing
11. Overnite letter to lot 58 owners that a silt fence is needed ASAP!
12. send out newsletter w/ date of next conference call and information discussed today's conference call
13. Ask Mckinney's Office if we get a discount on the policy if we get a security system @ clubhouse and gate
14. Get actual price on maintanace contract for the year from David @ Southern Alarm & Security
15. Research deeds on combined lot owners
16. Get the actual's on the places to install camera's from Sharon and other important details!
17. We get to do this long lovely event again on August 15th at 2:00 pm. : )
